Prices

• The rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. They must be vacated by 11 a.m.

• Prices are net and VAT included, excluding tourist tax.

• All reservations must be confirmed by a credit card number of its expiry date, or by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. These deposits are deductible from the invoice to be paid at the end of the stay.

• Payment accepted by credit card (visa, mastercard, eurocard), bank checks, holiday vouchers.

The Reservation may be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled date of your arrival (reference time: 6 p.m.) otherwise:

A direct debit of the 1st night will be made on your credit card

or

The deposit will be acquired.

These cancellation conditions also apply if you do not take possession of your room on the scheduled day without having canceled it under the conditions set out above, or if you leave the hotel on the same day of your arrival.

For any reservation, your arrival time must be communicated to us. After this and without modification on your part, we will not maintain the reservation.

If on your arrival, there are no rooms available at the hotel or in case of force majeure, the hotel reserves the right to provide your accommodation outside in the best possible conditions. In this case, you will not be able to claim any compensation of any kind and in any capacity whatsoever.

The hotel may release itself from its obligations or suspend their execution if it finds itself unable to ensure them due to the occurrence of an event beyond its control or beyond its control, as well as in case of force majeure, and in particular in the event of total or partial destruction of the hotel, strike, disaster, fire, internal or external technical accident and generally in the event of any event that does not allow the proper performance of the service.

The civil liability of the occupant may be implemented in accordance with the rules of common law for any damage caused in the establishment.

Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the contract and which could have been the subject of an amicable settlement will be brought before the commercial court.
